Outfit of the Day!

Heyo!

I bought a dress a few weeks back and I am so happy with this purchase.  Check it:

I am in love with it.  But for some reason I am getting a 90’s vibe from it… Anyways, I have decided to wear it to work today and couldn’t be any happier.  How often is wearing it too much?

Also on a different note, I did wear it to a friends staggette and spilled red wine all over it and you can’t even tell! That’s why I love large print sometimes.

Outfit of the Day

Helloooooo!

Last weekend I wanted to mix it up a bit – this weather has been fairly cold lately so I’ve been wearing a lot of leggings and sweaters.  Oh and boots.  I obviously had to work (showhomes are never closed on the weekend!) so I decided to rock out my fantastic lapis skinnies and a dress shirt that I belted to make it a little more fitted.  This also gave me the opportunity to wear my rockin new flats that I got the weekend before – yes, you see corectly, they are gold!

Cute right?

So I went to West Ed…

Hello again!

So this time of year brings my family to town and therefore we must get together and spend our monies.  So naturally that meant that we went to West Edmonton Mall (by the way I never go there because it is really far and I have pretty much everything that I need on the south-side).  Anyways because West Ed is so large and in charge, they had a new store open just a few weeks back that I wanted to check out.  This would be La Maisons Simons.  And as I walked in, I thought it felt a little trendy and wasn’t too impressed.  Until… I went to the back of the store.  To where all the wonder and beauty in the world excists.  I walked through the outerware and was giggling in delight.  Then I came upon some wonder indeed.  Herve Leger.  I love the bandeau dresses but have never even seen one in real life before.  One woman once told me that trying on a Herve Leger dress is LIFE CHANGING.  And now I get it.

As you can see in the images above, I am very happy to be trying this dress on.  I have been wanting to try one on (and that is all I did due to the $1400.00 price tag) for YEARS and I finally had the opportunity.  And I mean WOW.  One would think that something as form fitting as this would be unflattering on most people but this material is unlike anything.  It makes anyone look amazing.

Maybe one day she will come home with me…

Wedding #4

So, the trophy husband and I are in our late 20’s.  His are later than mine – hahahaha.  Anyways, this is the time that it seems like everyone is getting married.  This year alone we had 4 weddings to go to and 3 of them were within 4 weeks of each other.  Craziness.  Well, as you can imagine this can be exciting as it allows for me to get dressed up more often! Yay for getting glammed up!

The number I am wearing below is the dress that I wore to my last wedding.

As you can see I am rocking those amazing heals again – because they rock!  Also, I feel it important to note that I did not wear the same dress to any of the 4 weddings this year! Not too bad hey?

The Dress and The Shoes… Together at last

I know that it has been a few days since I wore this outfit but I was compelled to share.

I got this fantastic black knitted dress from BCBG Max Azria almost a year ago and I am super happy with it.  I decided to rock a pair of opaque tights and the fab shoes I just got and BAM!  Looking fantastic.

Is it bad that its all black though?
